What is Acupuncture

For over 2000 years acupuncture has been used by the eastern cultures for balancing and harmonising the body and mind.

This mystical art has been brought into the modern world to compliment western healthcare, but can also be highly effective as a stand alone treatment.

Visit the British Acupuncture Council , of which we are a full member, for further information.

Treatment Durations

The first session is usually around an hour and a half long and involves a full consultation and treatment. Any following sessions are about an hour.

The amount of sessions needed vary depending on the individual‘s goals. Benefits can often be felt after only one treatment, but the average course is around 5 or 6 sessions.
